Its time to check our daily routine with Happiness.
I want you to jot down total time you spend in a day on possible activities.
Most of us will find our time table as below.
8 hrs Sleep.
1 hr getting freshen up, ready for work etc
2 hrs Food (3 times, cooking etc.. . incl).
2 hrs Travelling.
9 hrs Office.
2 hrs No work/ Phone / Tv… etc
Now lets check our Happiness / Productivity with the activity.
8 hrs Sleep……You cant feel happiness during sleep, it can be after or before sleep.
1 hr getting freshen up, ready for work etc…… Mostly we are in hurry…
2 hrs Food (3 times, cooking etc.. . incl)….We are not going to get royal food everyday or there is no certainty of getting the food at all.
2 hrs Travelling…… Mostly irritated due to traffic and others reason.
2 hr No work/ Phone / Tv… etc ….. No productivity no sense of belonging.
9 hrs Office….?
Exactly a question mark
One should always check whether they are happy with the work.
If not then probably half of our life will be lost in vein and without happiness.
Probably towards the end of our life will have regret that we could have done better.
Is there a Solution, Indeed Yes
“You need to do what you love the most.”
In today’s time It look like difficult task as everyone is running after one or other things due to circumstances in our life.
We expect a miracles to help us out but answer for this is very simple and it lies within ourselves, Hence my mantra is bit modified one.
“Either you Do what you Love or Start loving what you are doing.”
(Second one fits the most…. keep laughing and enjoy the life, It is only one).
